Key Personnel
Dave Fanning
Dave founded Facilities Excellence and has 20+ years of experience in Facility and Property Management, Construction Management and all Mechanical Building Trades. He started out as a Service and Project Manager for a large commercial mechanical contractor where he became an expert in the HVAC industry. He moved on to manage Store Facilities for Limited Brands/Express and Red Roof Inns.
Gennifer Phillips
Gennifer joined Facilities Excellence with a background in banking, marketing, and residential & commercial property management. She oversees production, staff, and special projects.
